MATCHA BREAKFAST BOWL
The nutritional information for 1 portion of this meal is:
2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
4 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp Matcha Powder
Drops stevia (vanilla)
Salt (pink himalayan, pinch)
- Mix chia seeds with your chosen milk, matcha, sweetener, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Add more liquid as needed to reach desired consistency (optional). Sweeten to taste and serve with toppings of choice (shredded coconut, almonds or fresh strawberries.
