MATCHA BREAKFAST BOWL

The nutritional information for 1 portion of this meal is:

PROTEIN - 10g FATS - 20g CARBS - 3g KCAL – 302

Ingredients:

2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

4 tbsp chia seeds

1-2 tsp Matcha Powder

Drops stevia (vanilla)

Salt (pink himalayan, pinch)

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with your chosen milk, matcha, sweetener, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Add more liquid as needed to reach desired consistency (optional). Sweeten to taste and serve with toppings of choice (shredded coconut, almonds or fresh strawberries.
