SMOKE SALMON PLATE

Ingredients
28 g baby spinach
salt and black pepper to taste
0.5 cup Mayonnaise
0.5 tbsp olive oil
0.5 lime juice (optional)
170 g smoked salmon
Preparation
STEP 1: Put salmon, spinach, a wedge of lime, and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise on a plate.
STEP 2: Drizzle olive oil over the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
